10 Things to Know about Federal Grants
This class is designed for participants to dip their toes into the vast world of federal grants. It is especially helpful for organizations that have never received federal funding or recently received their first federal award, those that are receiving state or local government grants that are federally originating, and those that are partners on a federal grant.

About the Presenter
Fielding Jezreel, MSW, GPC, Founder & Principal of Jezreel Consulting, specializes in helping nonprofits plan and apply for federal grants and works as an independent grant consultant. Using her passion for program planning, Fielding specializes in project management, partnership development, grant research, writing, program development, and evaluation planning. Fielding coaches grant writers and grant writing teams to improve their proposal development. She has also taught grants skills courses at the community and graduate school levels. Fielding has worked in the grants field since 2013 and has raised over $80 million for local nonprofits. She has a Master of Social Work degree from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis.
