– How to provide the opportunity to create connections, build trust, and deepen commitments
– How to manage conflict and inspire change.
– How to honor the needs and expectations of participants while remaining focused on purpose and impact.
About the Presenter: Marci Mayer Eisen, MSW, CPC
Marci is Director of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis’ Millstone Institute, a community-wide initiative to train and connect volunteer leaders and professionals. Through collaborative processes, Marci oversees staff development, board training and peer networking. Marci previously worked at the JCRC where she promoted inter-faith volunteerism and spent the majority of her career at the Jewish Community Center where she worked extensively with committees to plan family programs and major special events. Marci has a passion for group work, committee process and community building. She has a MSW in Social Group Work, Certificate in Leadership & Non Profit Management, and is a graduate of both Leadership St. Louis and CORO Women in Leadership. Marci recently became a Certified Professional Coach, focusing on career satisfaction and leadership within nonprofits.
