About the Workshop:
Remote work and remote management have become commonplace in the nonprofit space, and although we are experiencing a “return to work” mindset, our new normal includes a hybrid model of remote and in-person work as well as managing in the remote space. “Pivot”, “jumping into a Zoom meeting’ and increased challenges in supervising remote staff members are all issues supervisors are navigating as we remain in this space. This workshop will focus on working with and supporting remote working teams, addressing the hybrid model of work and what is happening as we continue to monitor the impact of the pandemic in the remote work world and serve our staff and clients/program participants.
