About the Program

Have you ever experienced Imposter Syndrome? Even strong leaders sometimes doubt their abilities, especially during the uncertainties of the last two years. The presenters will authentically share how Imposter Syndrome has impacted their leadership journeys, and how they’ve used the social change ecosystem map to release and reframe. Participants will learn how their skills and talents are making an impact despite their internal doubts, as well as how to accept their accomplishments. This session will show that you are not alone in experiencing Imposter Syndrome, but it will also give you the tools to understand how your work fits in the broader nonprofit ecosystem.
Participants will be able to:

  • Understand the commonalities and toxicity of Imposter Syndrome in-and-out of the workplace
  • Identify + interrogate personal patterns of self-doubt that disproportionately effects high-achieving women
  • Utilize the social change ecosystem map to dismantle and reframe imposter syndrome in their personal work practice
