Join us to discuss the process of creating policies, ensuring awareness of those policies, and verifying they are working for your business as intended.

About the Presenter:
Emily Harrington is a graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a minor in Communications. She has spent the last seven years of her career working in Human Resources, focusing on coaching and employee relations. She is DDI certified with a passion for helping leaders navigate conflict in a positive manner, while ensuring consistency through well-written policies. Emily is currently the Administrative Director of Employee Relations for CoxHealth.
