This event is designed for fundraising professionals at every level in their career to think about the path they may want to take. You can choose to attend just the segment aimed at younger/newer professionals, just the segment aimed at advanced professionals, or the full event!
SHOULD I STAY OR SHOULD I GO?
Millennials have a reputation for job-hopping, and within the fundraising profession, the average tenure of anyone – of any age – is less than two years. Is the best way to move your career forward to keep moving around? Not necessarily. Our presenters will talk about their experiences, one having moved around a bit and one having moved up within the same organization. They’ll help you think about what might make most sense for you and your career goals. This presentation is aimed at those who are younger and/or newer to the profession – regardless of age!
