Social networks are becoming an integral part of the marketing mix. On these platforms, brands can engage with prospects and consumers on many levels. In this three-hour seminar you will learn how top brands create a presence on these social networks, understand the differences between earned, owned and paid media, and the various tools used to listen and engage with consumers including Hootsuite. We will also discuss crisis management, rules of engagement, the importance of transparency, audiences, content calendars, and the various ways engagement is measured. We will focus on the top networks including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We’ll also cover how all of this will help you with #GiveSTL Day coming up in May 2016.
