Lutheran Foundation of St. Louis: How to Develop a Strong Logic Model & Evaluation Plan

April 15, 2015 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Free

In October of 2014, Lutheran Foundation made significant revisions to our Logic Model template and added an Evaluation Plan to our application. This two-hour workshop will not only provide recommendations for how to complete these two components of the application but will also provide an overview on the thought processes we recommend for identifying and articulating outcomes and evaluation methods that represent your current practices and capacity. We will also discuss the graduated reporting requirements for multi-year funding. This workshop is strongly recommended for all first-time applicants and is required for current grantees seeking renewed funding in the June 2015 funding cycle. This workshop will be offered prior to each grant cycle and returning organizations need only attend once. Free parking and light snacks will be provided. Pre-registration is required. Please register each person separately. Due to room size limitations, we ask that no more than two people per organization attend the workshop.
For more information and to register, visit http://lutheranfoundation.org/events/list-events. Unsure if you should attend? Contact Sarah at sarah@lutheranfoundation.org to discuss!
