Instructor Emily Lane is a lecturer of Management and Organizational Behavior for the University of Missouri – St. Louis College of Business Administration. Emily holds a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and she also earned her certification as a SPHR – Senior Professional in Human Resources. She teaches “Staff Management Issues in Nonprofit Organizations” for the UMSL Nonprofit Management & Leadership Program.
