Equipping You — Navigating and Executing Feedback

About the Workshop: 

Providing feedback can often be the most difficult task in our day and a change of approach may resolve these concerns. We are in a market where employers are fearful to lose employees and providing critical feedback is harder than ever before. However, recent research suggest that employees would rather receive negative feedback than no feedback at all. This session is designed to equip participants with tool to navigate and execute these conversations.  

This is an in-person workshop at efactory (Springfield, MO).

About the Presenter: 

Ryan Morris is the Director of the Center for Professional Development at CoxHealth. He joined CoxHealth in January of 2022 and has nearly 10 years of experience in the Human Resources and Learning and Development field. He holds his bachelors in Business Administration and Masters in Education – both from Evangel University. Ryan has been married to his wife Tori for 8 years and has three children (Isaiah 5, Roman 3, and Meredith 6 months). Ryan is passionate about connecting with leaders and helping make micro adjustments for maximum organizational impact.
