But just because they can do all this does not mean a team will do this and be successful. This training session will take a deep dive into high-performing grant teams – what it takes to develop and lead these types of teams to ultimately achieve and sustain grant success.

Tracey Diefenbach serves as the Assistant Director at Assel Grant Services, an industry-leading consulting firm, specializing in grant research, proposal creation and application and securing more than $191 million in grant funding since 2007. Tracey has over 16 years of experience in grant writing and research and has secured over $39 million in grant funding since 2005 through federal, state, foundation, and corporate grants. She is a current program committee member for the Grant Professionals Association (GPA)-St. Louis Chapter and a GPA Approved Trainer. Tracey manages a training portfolio on topics including managing up, tools and processes in grant efficiency, laying the foundation for competitive grants, and Motivational Interviewing for grants.
