Having a culture of both impact and enjoyment is no easy task. We know we have to start by setting goals and recognizing achievements. From there though, we can’t have an enjoyable workplace simply by using the word “fun.” Fun committees and fun days are just a small part of building the right culture. We have to have meetings employees look forward to, and be willing to cut loose or, more importantly, let employees cut loose in their own way and look for ways to get out of the office – together. But then we must balance this against productivity and achievable outcomes. Learn how to begin fostering this kind of organizational culture in this 2 hour session.
