About the Presenter:
Diane is the President/CEO of Network for Strong Communities (NSC), a statewide organization offering programs that strengthen nonprofit organizations. She has more than 30 years of experience in the community service sector and most recently served as Director of Community Partnerships at the Greater Saint Louis Community Foundation. She also founded the Drollinger Group, a consulting practice providing strategic services for nonprofits and charitable giving counsel for private sector clients.
Diane is particularly noted for her experience in strategic visioning, community collaboration, resource development and messaging. She has experience as a grant maker (Roblee Foundation, Episcopal Presbyterian Health Trust, Nationwide Insurance Foundation), corporate community partnership consultant (Panera Bread, Time Warner Cable and various consulting clients) and nonprofit consultant in the areas of board development, community partnerships, resource development and marketing/messaging.
Diane has worked with health and human service agencies, arts organizations and community development networks. She is a sought-after presenter, facilitator and expert in holistic community engagement. Diane has volunteered her time on numerous boards in leadership positions across the social sector. She holds a music degree in Vocal Performance from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
