This two-hour workshop will not only provide recommendations for how to complete these two components of the application but will also provide an overview on the thought processes we recommend for identifying and articulating outcomes and evaluation methods that represent your current practices and capacity. However\, board and staff members whose expertise is other than financial still need the ability to monitor the financial condition of the organization and be in a position to ask questions and determine if the organization has the resources to carry out its program goals and strategies.
