Introduction to Clifton Strengths: Understanding and Embracing Your Strengths
In this session, you’ll dive into CliftonStrengths. The workshop will highlight the importance of Strengths, the meaning of each theme, and how to use them in the workplace. Join us in understanding each Strength and the value that comes from each. You’ll walk away from this session with a stronger understanding of yourself and your team and the benefit of having a diverse set of Strengths on your team. This is an introductory training for those wanting to learn about CliftonStrengths.

You need to have to your CliftonStrengths reports for this workshop, so you have two registration options:

  1. If you have completed your CliftonStrengths assessment before and have access to your reports, you can register for $45.
  2. If you haven’t taken the CliftonStrengths assessment (or want to retake it), you can register for the workshop and an access code to complete your assessment to get your top 5 Strengths for $65. You’ll receive an email after you register with an access code and instructions to complete the assessment.

This is an in-person workshop in Springfield, MO.

 

About the Presenter

Olivia Snare is the Learning Manager at Network for Strong Communities. She received a bachelor’s degree from Southeast Missouri State University with a major in Mass Communication: Advertising and Public Relations. With a career in nonprofit and higher education, she brings knowledge and experience around CliftonStrengths, recruitment, learning styles, communication, and marketing. She has a passion for helping people improve and thrive in their workplace and personal lives.
