About the Workshop:
Do you mentor, support, or supervise black women? Are you a black woman that aspires to climb the ladder to achieve leadership in your field? In this session, we will unpack the lived experiences of black women navigating barriers, challenges, and oppression in their climb to leadership. Through hands-on engagement and small group discussion you will leave this session empowered with a roadmap to support rising black women leaders through strategic leadership development, empowerment, and mentoring.
