Please note: Upon registering for a program, each person will be asked to verify that, “By registering for this event to attend in person, I attest that I will adhere to specific facility, local, regional and national COVID-19 mitigation requirements and restrictions.  More specifically, I agree to comply with mask mandates and any social distancing requirements, and furthermore, do not hold liable the venue where event will occur, the St. Louis Council of Charitable Gift Planners, its parent organization or an any others for an exposure that may occur to COVID-19.”

Registration will close 3 business days prior to each program or event so that we can effectively communicate with our vendors. Please message us directly with any further inquiries regarding late registration.

Full refunds are available up to 4 business days prior to a program or event. After that time, we are unable to accommodate refunds unless SLCCGP cancels the program or event. Thank you for understanding.

SLCCGP and all of its affiliates reserve the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored or hosted by SLCCGP without the express written permission of those included within the photograph/video. SLCCGP may use the photograph/video in internal and external publications or materials produced, used, or contracted by SLCCGP. A person who does not wish to have their image recorded should make their wishes known to the photographer and/or the event organizers.
