Best Practices for Managing Remote Staff

January 21, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

$35
The COVID pandemic has altered much about how we work, including an increase to nonprofit employees working remotely. This workshop will take you through best practices on managing remote staff for sustaining a well-run office culture, even when everyone isn’t able to be in the office. In addition to maintaining staff remotely, this workshop will include best practices for hiring and onboarding new remote employees as well as how to navigate employees leaving your organization.
