Instructor Emily Lane is a lecturer of Management and Organizational Behavior for the University of Missouri – St. Louis College of Business Administration. Emily holds a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and she also earned her certification as a SPHR – Senior Professional in Human Resources. She teaches “Staff Management Issues in Nonprofit Organizations” for the UMSL Nonprofit Management & Leadership Program.
This course will qualify for 6 credit hours toward the Chancellor’s Certificate in Volunteer Management. In order to obtain this noncredit chancellor’s certificate, individuals must enroll in, and complete, 16 or more hours of training in classes and/or events that are produced as part of the collaboration between Metropolitan Volunteer Management Association (MVMA) and the NPML program.
